The family of Stevo Miličić from Viličevići near Osmaci used to live, before the war, of a solid budget salary in Kalesija municipality, and the household income was supplemented by food produced at their parents' land. Then, the war started and instead of going from Kalesija or Šekovići to a bigger city, as the Miličić family used to do for centuries, Stevo returned to Viličevići. There was no job in state owned companies. As Stevo mentioned, he never had a particular connection with the village. He said that he knew about agriculture very little, almost nothing. After the end of the war, he used to work as a physical labour, working as a mason at his neighbours and friends who were reconstructing their houses. He was doing this job for ten years and started even then, doing some agricultural works as well. He said that doing both jobs, construction and agriculture, at the same time was going well. He was never using the credits or loans, But, in 2008 he was attracted by the raspberry planting project funded by MCF Partner, and in 2009, thanks to this MCF, he took the first loan and raised the new raspberry orchard at the land parcel of 1.5 dunum He got all recommendations from Partner staff and now he has a solid land parcel, expecting to earn the first income of it, in the amount of 3000 KM Currently, Stevo is a successful agricultural producer, with several dunums planted with fruits and vegetables, as well as 2,5 dunums of raspberry and 1 dunum of cucumbers. He, his wife and three children, as Stevo said, run a „family business“ now. Their company employs all household members and all of them have a safe income. In the end, Stevo cited the famous Seattle Chief: „The Earth does not belong to the man – man belongs to the Earth .“
