Partner won MFC Award for Excellence in Customer Protection 2010.  At the same time Partner was the only organization that fully complied with all six clients protection principles which were the subject of evaluation:

2. Transparent and Responsible Pricing
3. Appropriate Collections Practices
4. Ethical Staff Behavior
5. Mechanisms for Redress of Grievances
6. Privacy of Client Data

It is important to note that Partner is the only institution that implemented all segments of the project from entire area covered by MFC and its members, i.e. from North-East Europe and a part of Asia.
